CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time and guests on our waiting list miss an opportunity to receive services.
We require a credit card on file to reserve your reservation. We ask you to please give us at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or to reschedule. We will charge up to 100% services scheduled for a cancellation or no-show reservation if less than 24-hour notice is given.
LATE TO YOUR RESERVATION
We give a 10 minute grace period; however If you’re going to be late to your reservation time please give us a call. If you will be more than 20 minutes late to your reservation you may be asked to reschedule.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We except all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks with a valid drivers license/ ID.
CHILDREN AND PETS
We value your time and safety here at The Studio, therefore we ask that you do not bring young children unless they have a reservation. Also, we understand that your pets are all little angels however, due to the chemicals and sharp tools we use, for their safety, please keep them at home. Thank you so much for your cooperation.
